Hi Landlady and Landlord,

My name is Alina (28). I’m originally from China and I’m now a first year Engineering student at UniSA (Mawson Lakes campus). I’m engaged and planning to stay in the Mawson Lakes area for the next 3 years. I previously worked as a designer, and I’m naturally organised and detail-focused in daily life.

My current lease ends on 31 January 2026 (move-out date flexible). The owner has other plans for the property, so we’re unable to extend the lease, but we get along well. I’m now looking for a long-term home for the next few years, and I’m happy to sign a 6-month lease (or longer).

I’m looking to move in between 2 and 15 February 2026.

A bit about me as a housemate:
1. Clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
2. Non-smoker, no drink, no pets (but I’m happy to live with pets).
3. I value a tidy, comfortable home, and I do a weekly clean of shared areas and always keep common spaces neat.
4. I appreciate honest, open-minded communication and friendly housemates.

Cooking & kitchen habits:
I usually cook on weekends (meal prep for the week). On weekdays I only make a simple breakfast. I always clean up straight after cooking, keep the kitchen tidy, take out the bin regularly, and I’m happy to provide shared items like dishwashing liquid and sponges.

Routine:
On weekdays I usually leave around 9am and return around 10pm (working or studying at the library). If I come home late, I’m always mindful and keep noise to a minimum.

My current landlady is happy to be a referee if needed.
