Hi I’m Francine. I need a room rental starting the 2nd week of February, 2026.

Preferably anywhere nearby Darwin city, or nearby the Darwin airport.

I have experienced living alone but not with roommates so far. If you want my agent for reference let me know. I would also prefer to live with other women or people in their 20’s as well just for comfort.

I work full time so you’ll barely see me. When not at work I like to either be in my room or be outside elsewhere.

My overall stay preference is 1 year maximum.

Preferably all bills included in the rent and a furnished room. My budget is $250 or less a week only, nothing higher than that. Bond will need to be less than $1k too.

I usually eat frozen or reheatable meals so you don’t really have to worry about me.

I have a hatchback car so it can technically fits any parking space so hopefully there is one.
