Hi I’m Francine. I need a room rental starting the 2nd week of February, 2026.

Preferably Casuarina suburbs area or Darwin city suburbs area. Palmerston is OK too.

I have experienced living alone but not with roommates so far. So I have yet to learn the roommate culture. I would also prefer to live with other women as well just for comfort.

I work full time so you’ll barely see me. When not at work I like to either be in my room or be outside elsewhere.

I am flexible with stay, I would like to do 3 months minimum stay then if I like the environment I’ll extend for 9 months (so overall stay is 1 year maximum).

I would prefer all bills included in the rent and a furnished room (bed and table at least). My budget is $250 or less a week only, nothing higher than that.

I usually eat frozen or reheatable meals so you don’t really have to worry about me.
