Hi, I’m Steph, 56 year old professional who loves travelling, hiking, riding, SUP and photography! I’m moving from the east coast to Perth to start a new role on 12 January. I have two aging dogs, Batman (13, m, lab x border collie) and Mischief (13, f, border collie). They’re pretty chill and just sleep all day after their morning walk but they do need somewhere shady and out of the elements so a suitable outdoor undercover area is a must for us. I’m also pretty chill, extremely neat and tidy, very quiet. I like my home to be my sanctuary and will respect your space and privacy but also happy to have a chat and share a meal (I’m a meat eater if it matters). I love the coastal lifestyle and enjoy riding to work if it’s close enough. I’m looking for a bit of space and happy to pay accordingly (not huge, I’m just claustrophobic), bonus if there’s a pool, a nice garden and/or coastal views. I’ll keep my areas extremely clean and do my share of the common area chores (cleaning, gardening, pool cleaning). If you have pets, I’m happy to look after them for you if you’re ever away. I like kids, too, and have recently completed a National police check which I can show you for your peace of mind. Never late with the rent. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please ask!
