Single professional with a small inside dog. I work full-time including 2 days working from home. Introverted with mostly quiet hobbies e.g. reading, writing, walking, board games. My dog is fully house-trained, keeps up-to-date with preventative flea treatments etc.

Looking for a friendly house where we clean up after ourselves, respect privacy and space, and mostly do our own thing - but happy to chat or sometimes grab some food together etc. Not a party household.

Air-conditioning is a must, as is a yard or close access to grass for my dog. I either need a bedroom large enough to fit a queen bed and desk, or two bedrooms.

Open to housemates having pets provided they all get along. Not interested in living with children, sorry.
