Professional moving for work into well paid ongoing position - timing still being finalised but likely to be mid jan relocation, but happy to start paying rent before to secure the right place. Likely to be away at least long weekend each month, possibly two. Have an EV so ideally can work out charging arrangements at my cost in garage. Not sure if I will share or not but if the vibe is right company is nice. I would ideally like space for a king size bed and for a desk with computer. Definitely prefer own bathroom and air-conditioning a plus. Likely to buy in 12 - 18 months if work is going well.

I am pretty chill, calm and friendly. Love quiet time, gaming on PC, reading, board games, gym and the outdoors. Looking for clean, tidy and respectful house and would obviously reciprocate. More than happy to share costs for a cleaner.
