I'm a quiet, respectful person looking for accommodation for my final 6-7 months in Darwin. Move in date flexible- from 10 Jan through to end of Feb.

I work full time at a stable job (been with my employer since March 2022).
I'm a program manager at TeamHEALTH, a community mental health organisation.

My job is fairly demanding, and outside of it my main hobbies are reading, language learning, fitness and having a yarn with my mates - so I am a pretty low maintenance house mate.

Although I am a social, outgoing person, I respect that the people I live with have their own lives. I enjoy an occasional shared meal or drink with house mates, but these are a nice to have, not a need to have - I'm happy just doing my own thing if you are.

Off-street parking and own bathroom would be great, but given the tight rental market I could live without them.

I'm also planning to leave Darwin July/August 2026, so looking for a place that is ok with that. My current house-mate is moving out to return to his studies, so I am interested in either joining another sharehouse, or getting someone to replace him at our modern 2br 2bath apartment in Nightcliff.
