What makes me great? Hmm, I guess at the top of the list is ill always pay, I could even pay for 2 months rent upfront on top of bond. Im a concreter by trade, I'm self employed and have gained most of my work from the one business for well over 10 years now. Im quiet, I dont drink or smoke, like I genuinely dont. I have a 4 year old son I have for 66% of the time. And I just spend all my spare time with him. I work and I come home and play with my son, thats my whole life. Im just trying to find something rather quick because my current house has been sold. I would eventually like to find somewhere for just me and my boy, but in the interest of finding somewhere quickly I am happy to share with someone.
