Hi I am working basically more then full-time hours in healthcare as a carer. I am barely home for very long I haven't confirmed but just wanted to see if there is any interest I was thinking of moving off uni campus in about February I think but will know in about 2 weeks for sure. Just want to see the vibe. I'm 6"4, make, blue eyes, hard working, generally keep to myself, friendly but respectful, don't do drugs, barely drink, and don't smoke, got no pets. I just want a place to live be left in peace to go to work and have a room to call home. Prefer non invasive housemates. I like going to gym, I'm a workaholic and I have no other time really. I make between 1500 and over 2k a week. I am quite stable financially I am entirely self funded from my work, but I prefer to pay 300 a week or below. Depends what is available I can pay more but prefer not too. I don't have time for much else
