Hi, my name is Thanh. I am from Vietnam and I am a PhD student currently studying at the University of Adelaide. I am looking for a room to rent in Mawson Lakes or nearby areas for convenient commuting and study.

Preferred locations include Mawson Lakes, Salisbury, Parafield Gardens, Pooraka, Ingle Farm, and surrounding suburbs.

My budget is around AUD 180–250 per week (including bills).

I am also open to teaming up with others to rent a shared house. In a shared living arrangement, I value mutual respect, personal space, and privacy, and I prefer a calm and considerate household.

I am a non-smoker, tidy, respectful, and responsible with shared spaces. I value a peaceful living environment and long-term stability.
