I’m a friendly, respectful and easy-going person with a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to sharing a home. After graduating, I’ve been working in the hospitality industry, and I’m currently employed at a Western restaurant in Brisbane CBD. I’m now planning to move to Bicheno to continue hospitality work and complete my specified work for my WHV.

I live a very simple and stable lifestyle — mainly just work and home — so I’m quiet, reliable and not into parties. I really enjoy cooking and I’m especially good at Chinese food, which I’m always happy to share with housemates.

I have over 6 months of rental history in Brisbane and around 7–8 years of shared living experience in China. I take great care of the property, keep common areas clean and tidy, and I’m happy to provide photos to show how I look after my living space.

I’m also a big animal lover. If there are cats or dogs in the house, I’d be more than happy to help feed them or take them out for walks and playtime.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, grocery shopping and cooking at home. I do smoke, but only outdoors and never inside the house.

For accommodation, I would prefer a place with a private bathroom and some basic furniture, but I’m flexible and open to discussion.

I’m respectful of others’ space, pay rent on time, communicate clearly, and genuinely hope to find a peaceful and comfortable home to live in long term.
