Jay

Hi there, I’m Jay. I’ve just moved to Perth recently for a career change. I work on Projects, which usually keeps me busy on-site or in the CBD from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

I’m at a stage in life where I’ve traded the late-night pub sessions for early morning swims at Cottesloe or coastal runs. I’m a big believer in the "sanctity of the home"—I’m looking for a place that is a retreat from the world, not a social hub. I’m exceptionally tidy (bordering on meticulous), financially stable, and I’ve never missed a rent payment in my life.

In my downtime, I’m usually reading, working on a personal photography project, or exploring the Swan Valley on weekends. I’m happy to share a conversation over a glass of red now and then, but I generally keep to myself and respect everyone's privacy.

What I’m looking for: A clean, modern, and quiet household with 2-3 other professionals. I value clear communication and a shared pride in keeping the kitchen and common areas spotless.
