Hi there!

My name is Xu Ying, and I’m moving to Lismore to start my journey as a Nursing student at Southern Cross University (SCU) in January 2026. I am originally from China and am incredibly excited to call this beautiful part of Australia home.

What makes me great to live with? I’m easy-going, friendly, and love a good chat, but I also deeply respect personal space and quiet time, especially when I need to hit the books for my nursing degree. I take pride in keeping my living environment clean and tidy—I’m a firm believer in the "leave it as you found it" rule!

What I do for fun: When I’m not studying, you’ll likely find me outdoors. I love nature, exploring local trails, and soaking up the fresh air. I’m also a fan of cultural exchange and enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds.

What I’m looking for: I am searching for a 1 bedroom furnished accommodation that is within a convenient distance (walking or short commute) to the SCU Lismore campus. I’m looking for a peaceful and friendly household where everyone is respectful and considerate.
