I hope you’re doing well. My name is Jay and I’m currently looking for a room to rent in Mareeba.
I’m a single person, non-smoker and non-drinker, working full-time. I’ve recently moved to Mareeba from Brisbane and have joined Domino’s Mareeba. I keep a clean and quiet lifestyle, barely cook, and mostly focus on work and rest. I’m ideally looking for a proper, comfortable room with air conditioning.
I believe I would be a respectful and easygoing tenant, and I’d love the opportunity to view the room if possible. Could you please let me know if the room is still available and what the availability date is? I would also appreciate it if we could arrange an inspection at a suitable time.
