Eloise and Carlo

I'm a 40-year-old Australian gal who loves living in sharehouse environments, and have done for many years. Well seasoned with etiquette of sharing, as well as bringing great vibes to any home. I work full time and study full time, I have a brand new full time job which brings us to PH, after a few years in NZ working in the criminal justice sector. As we head back to AU, we will spend few months traveling Thailand and are set to arrive first week of March 2026.
When I'm not busy, you'll find me with music, studying or perhaps cooking some fancy italian dush to share. I enjoy music, occasional parties, and socializing. My ideal home is clean, fun, and social - I'm open to meal exchanges and sharing good times with housemates. Family and pets are than welcomed with open arms.
Carlo is a little more serious than me, but is not without his own personal sense of humor and can entertain a crowd without trying. He will be looking for work, but is so capable and very employable, he will be snapped up, he hopes to work in the mines on shift work, so might not be around full time. He enjoys being very Italian, daily gym, music, watching movies, travels and adventures.
I thrive in a clean home and am known to go above and beyond to make a home clean and safe, Carlo is known to have impromptu gardening sessions.

As we arrive around first week of March 2026, happy to contact via video calls if it meant securing a place, understand the market is competitive in PH.
Short term or long term, any kind of environment ok (as long as we have own room), rent always on time, responsible and honest, assertive communication, can provide excellent references from NZ and AU. Easy going with various arrangements and open to compromise !!
