Hello,
My name is Scarlett and I am a 19-year-old moving from Brisbane to Coffs Harbour to study my dream course at TAFE. This will be my first time living out of home, and I would be incredibly
grateful for the opportunity to begin this new chapter in a lovely property.
A little about me: I’m tidy, respectful, and someone who takes pride in the space I live in. In my free time I enjoy reading, gaming, cooking, going out occassionally on weekends, and exploring the outdoors. I am friendly, reliable, and naturally a quiet person who keeps to myself while still being up for a conversation.
I currently live at home with my dad and work full-time at a dog and cat grooming business in Brisbane. When I move to Coffs Harbour I plan to look for part-time work after settling in. To give
you peace of mind, my father has kindly agreed to be my guarantor and will be paying the rent. He is a long-term director within the Queensland Government.
I am seeking an initial 6 month lease, with the intention to extend this another 6 months if possible after the first term has ended, as my course runs from February to December 2026. During this time I have sufficient savings to comfortably support myself with other living expenses.
