I am in my 40s and work in a professional full time job. I prefer living in a studio or in a unit or granny flat.

l also prefer a dedicated share accommodation with only male co-tenants.

I enjoy quiet walks and getting lost in a good book. My space is always clean. I don't smoke, have pets, or kids - just me, my books, and the peaceful solitude of my home.
