Hi. I have moved from living in Melbourne for 28 years & am currently staying with my parents in Drouin.
I am looking at renting a house in the Warragul / Drouin area or surrounds.
I don't have any children, I have a 17 year old Cockatiel who is a character & loves a chat, I also aim to add a dog to my life in the near future. I have a flawless rental history and wont have any issues with securing a property. I have lived on my own for over a decade but with rental prices so high this is no longer an option. I am a night owl and a bit of a homebody who likes my personal space. I am an overly organised clean freak and everything has a place. I'm respectful and considerate and looking for the same in a housemate. I am an outdoor smoker & love to garden.
I have a fully furnished storage unit ready to unpack, I only need to buy a new lounge suite. I have been on long service leave since May helping out my parents but will be employed by the end of January (I hope). I work in disability support which is often shift work.
I am financially stable and most rentals around the area average $2,500 per month. I am looking for someone willing to pay half in rent & bills who is looking to stay for a minimum of 12 months. Must be employed. I don't want to share with a couple sorry. Not to fussed on age, gender or pronouns used, I respect all people. I want to rent a 3 bedroom (too much stuff), house with a garage and 2 bathrooms so I can have an ensuite and you can have the main bathroom. Can negotiate rent if you don't need to store anything in or utilise the 3rd bedroom. No urgency in my move date, just thought I'd get the ball rolling.
