Hi, I’m Kim.
I run a mobile coffee van Monday to Friday so I’m up early and gone weekdays, I do love a sleep in on the weekends but we’ll always be firing the espresso machine up at some point.
I’m looking for a relaxed and respectful home. I’m friendly but independent, tidy and reliable with rent.
Practical needs for my business: I need some space in a garage for my shelving and fridge for my work setup. Access to power and water and hopefully i can park the van close on a fairly level driveway.
I have a sweet and friendly old cat, Moe Moe. I do smoke a tinsey bit, outside only (I’m also not comfortable in homes where there’s smoking indoors). I have a small second car that can park on the street.
On my wishlist would be a dishwasher and my own bathroom.
