Hi, I’m Kim. I run a mobile coffee van and keep early weekday hours, but love a sleep in on the weekends. I appreciate a calm, respectful home. I’m friendly but independent, tidy and reliable with rent.
Practical needs: space and power in a garage for my fridge and shelving for my work setup. Hopefully i can back the van up to it. I have a sweet and friendly cat. I smoke tobacco occasionally, outside only (I’m also not comfortable in homes where there is smoking indoors). I do have a small second car that can park on the street.
On my wishlist would be a dishwasher and my own bathroom.
