I’m a 26 year old female from South Korea and will be starting my Bachelor of Nursing at Flinders University this year.

I’m positive, friendly, and very respectful of shared living spaces. I’m not a party person and don’t invite people over, as my main focus is my studies :)
I previously lived in Australia for two years on a Working Holiday visa (Melbourne and a small town in NSW), so I’m very familiar with share-house living and always maintain cleanliness and consideration for others.

What I’m looking for:
• Budget: up to $250 per week including bills
• Furnished room (bed, desk, wardrobe are sufficient)
• Prefer 6+ months, ideally long-term (1 year or more) if it’s a good fit
• Quiet, respectful household

I’ll be arriving in Adelaide on February 3rd and can attend inspections anytime after that. I’m reliable, tidy, and genuinely looking for a place where I can settle long-term during my studies.
