Hey, I’m Ash 😊

I’m moving to Mareeba to start a new fixed-term (2-year) role with Gulf Savannah NRM, working in environmental conservation and land management. Most of my time is spent working and studying. Outside of that I keep life pretty simple and grounded.

In my spare time, I love being outdoors and doing nature-based things — walks, exploring, swimming, gym or just relaxing at home and recharging. I’m friendly and easy to get along with, but definitely value a calm, fairly quiet home environment.

I also have a border collie who is very well-trained, obedient, house-trained and well-mannered. She’s is basically a professional good dog 🐕✨

🏡 What I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a chilled, respectful, and fairly quiet household — a place that feels like a home rather than a party house. I really value cleanliness in shared spaces, open communication, and people who are considerate of each other’s routines. I do love a good balance of socialness and alone time.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, tidy, and mindful of shared living. Ideally, I’m hoping to find a place I can settle into while I’m working in the region. While I settle in and find my own suitable rental.
