Hello I'm Lucas Im a pretty easy going person, I've lived in multiple shared houses before, so I can adapt to any household and have a strong rental background. I'm always clean and respectful and only ask for the same back. When I'm not working I'll be at the gym or in my room studying or gaming. I spend days off at the beach, with friends or riding a motorbike. I've got a lovely, friendly cat (Izzy) who also would like to move too. She is house-trained, desexed and chipped and is friendly with other cats. I have lived with both female and male roommates in the past, and I'm happy to provide references so you can get a feel of what it's like to live with me. I'm moving to get closer to my great grandmother who needs someone to come keep her company once a week and to get closer to the city. I don't smoke and I'm not too much of a party perosn but I am social and am always looking for a laugh and chat.
