Gday my name is Sam im a single dad who is very family focused i am working fulltime near the bunnings in coffs and i really need a room to rent, myself and my partner have two young boys 5yrs and 2 yrs they are living with there aunties whilst we build our stability and foundation for the long term life ahead, all i want to do is work and save money then come home and relax when the job is done, i am very active and also love outdoors activities like bush walking the beach fishing and sports, i do alot of reading and love my books, i am freindly out going neat and tidy respectful and well mannered, i can pay my rent ontime every time and wont have a problem to afford the room, please consider me strongly i would love to come to view the room either tomorrow night or the day after, please let me know, call me anytime.
