I am a healthcare worker, with a permanent part-time position, and study at university. I am single, and a quiet person by nature, however can engage in conversation in varying topics. I am seeking somewhere I can have occasional visits with my daughter who will not stay at the property. I have my own car and would prefer off street parking. I would imagine this property is a long term arrangement going forward. I am a smoker, but will not smoke indoors, or anywhere near the building, and I am working to ditch the habit.
