We are a newly married couple (married last year) and are quiet, tidy, and respectful tenants. We have no pets or children, and we don’t wear shoes inside the home. We will take great care of the property and communicate promptly if anything needs attention.
We moved to Australia for Hongpil’s studies. He will be studying Nursing at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) for three years. Hongpil previously worked as an iOS developer, and Hyesu has experience in the publishing industry in Korea, including at Edaily. We are currently looking for a home close to the university.
We are financially responsible and have provided supporting documents to show we can pay rent and bills on time. We can move in immediately and are flexible with the lease start date.
