Seeking Accommodation | Mum & 6-Year-Old Son

Hi there 🌿

I’m currently seeking accommodation for myself and my 6-year-old son.

Our long-term lease of 5 years ended on January 5, and since then we’ve been navigating the current high-demand rental market, where availability and timing have made securing a new home challenging. At present, we’re staying with a friend in Hope Island, however this isn’t a suitable long-term solution.

I understand that sharing with a child can feel daunting for some, so I want to be upfront. We are quiet, clean, and respectful, and naturally keep to ourselves. My son is well-mannered, attends school locally, and has a consistent routine. We’re also friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to live with.

I’m self-employed and financially responsible, and I take pride in maintaining a home and being a considerate housemate. All of our belongings are currently in storage, so we’re flexible and able to move when the right opportunity comes along.
