Hi there, thanks for your time. I’m available to move in anytime from this Thursday (12 Feb) onward and will be starting at Flinders University, so I’m looking for a long-term place.

About me
• Non-smoker and I don’t usually cook strong-smelling food
• Mindful of water usage and shared utilities
• I don’t have many belongings and keep my space tidy and organised
• Friendly and respectful of others’ personal boundaries
• Long-term share house experience and familiar with shared living
• No pets of my own, but very comfortable living with pets

If this room isn’t available, I’d also be happy to hear if you have or know of a furnished room up to $250 per week including bills, ideally around Marion, Bedford Park, or Tonsley.
