I’m 46, clean and organised, and respectful of other people’s space, privacy and property. I’m easy-going and can be social and enjoy a chat, but I’m also happy to keep to myself and have my own downtime.

I’m responsible with rent and bills and take pride in looking after the home I live in. I’m pretty handy around the house and enjoy doing basic home maintenance, gardening and mowing lawns, so I’m more than happy to pitch in and help keep things looking good.

I have pets of my own and absolutely welcome other pets too. A live-in pet sitter is actually a bonus! 😄 The only exception would be very yappy/noisy dogs.

Friends are always welcome, but I’m not really looking for a house that turns into Party Central every weekend. I’m happy with a relaxed, social household where everyone can enjoy having their own space.
