I’m making a concerted effort to find someone to lease share in the central hills, Mt Barker and surrounds.

3 bdrm, 2 bath (1 will suffice) with at least a single shed or decent sized lockable garden shed.

Hopefully around $500/550 wk shared + bills AND long term only; someone looking for a permanent spot on an ongoing basis (years).

Would suit a single person. A FIFO worker even.

I’m from Adelaide. I’m friendly and private (I chase balance), have excellent rental references, am respectful, trustworthy, personable and am simply looking for somewhere clean and safe to call home.

I have 2 16 yr old sons every 2nd Saturday night and some odd nights here or there.

I’d love to keep my 13yr old Pomeranian with me. He has a lovely personality and is still trainable. Have arrangements for him if necessary.

I’m a merchandiser and have a retail job also. Finances are not an issue and I always pay my bills on time.

Also open to rooming in the right house with minimal occupants.
