Hi, I’m a very tidy and particular person when I comes to another person’s property.
I would treat your place exactly as I would my own.
Very neat and tidy, very respectful of my surroundings and neighbours.

I’m a single girl looking for her own space.
I have a bird and a cat ( both very well behaved creatures)
I do have some of my own furniture - and def not opposed to using yours also if that’s the requirement.

I am currently in the process of selling my property here in Mackay and once settled will be moving up north.
I will have plenty of cash up front to pay for my accommodation so money is def not an issue here.

Hoping for a one to two bedroom place to call my own for a few months.
Minimum 3 months, but would not be opposed to a longer lease if required.
