I am a tafe student completing a course online which I will follow by submitting an application to university. I work part time looking to work full time soon. I’m a well organised and tidy person who values and respects the space around me. This is my first time renting although I have regularly payed board and groceries since I was 16 years old so paying what I owe is something I believe to be a core value.
I have one cat who is very nervous and quiet she is happy to stay with my sister although if you are open to a pet please let me know if there’s any terms or conditions you’d like me to agree to or follow. 😊
