• Female, 27, Korean
• Non-smoker
• Commencing Bachelor of Nursing (GE) at Flinders University in 2026​
• Respectful of house rules, clean, tidy, and responsible
• Calm lifestyle — quiet at home, friendly and easy to live with
• I’ll be balancing study and work, so I expect to spend relatively limited time at home
• Hobbies: running, reading, watching dramas, and finding delicious chocolate cake 🍰
• Note: I have a cat allergy, so homes with cats may not be suitable for me

[What I’m Looking For]
• Inspection: Available from 9 February, and able to move in shortly after
• Budget: $220–250/week (bills included)
• House: Female share
• Room: Private room, happy to share all common areas
• Areas: Edwardstown, Ascot Park, Marion, Mitchell Park
(also open to other areas with easy access to Flinders University, including locations near the Seaford&Flinders train line)​
• Stay: Minimum 6 months, long-term preferred
• Car: No
