[What I’m Looking For]
• Inspection: Available from 9 February, and able to move in shortly after
• Budget: $220–250/week (bills included)
• House: Female share
• Room: Private room, happy to share all common areas
• Areas: Edwardstown, Ascot Park, Marion, Mitchell Park (also open to anywhere near Flinders University, along the Seaford & Flinders train line, or CBD)
• Stay: Minimum 6 months, long-term preferred
• Car: No
