We are a professional working couple seeking a long-term home, and we’re excited to apply for this home. I work full-time in Barwon Heads, and my husband is a Data Analyst who works from home and travels to the Melbourne CBD once a week. This home is perfectly located to support both of our work commitments while also offering the peaceful surroundings we truly value.
We live a quiet and respectful lifestyle—no pets, no children, and no local family visits. We don’t party; we prefer calm evenings, cooking at home, and relaxed coffee-table conversations. We loved the atmosphere of this home and can genuinely see ourselves building a stable routine here and treating it as our own.
We are responsible renters who take pride in keeping a home clean, well-maintained, and cared for. I’m also passionate about sketching and art, so a peaceful space like this is ideal for me—something we believe aligns well with the nature of the home and neighbourhood.
We can move in anytime before 16 feb, and we are happy to strengthen our application by paying a couple of months’ rent in advance (or discussing a slightly higher rent if helpful). We will always pay rent on time and communicate clearly and respectfully if anything needs attention.
