Hey everyone,
My name is Niklas and I’ve recently moved to Devonport, where I started a new full‑time job a couple of weeks ago. I’m now looking for a comfortable place to call home and come back to after work.
I work Monday to Friday, so my evenings are usually pretty quiet – I’m often on my laptop sorting out life admin, cooking simple meals, or just unwinding and recharging for the next day. I’m easygoing and would love to share with like‑minded people who enjoy a good chat but also appreciate having their own space.
I value cleanliness, clear communication and mutual respect, and I’m the type of person who does their share around the house without being asked. On weekends I tend to be more active than “party mode”: I enjoy getting outdoors, hiking and exploring new places, but I’m also happy with a relaxed night in.
