Im a software engineer and work full time remotely (I've been with the same company for several years & have a decent income). I'm looking for a property near Goornong or Huntly. I have a 10 year old daughter - she is respectful, quiet, enjoys gaming and martial arts. We have some very close friends in the area and would be spending a lot of our time off with them - so we won't be home much on weekends.

A granny flat would be ideal for us so that we can have our own space. A quiet place & a mature aged person would be an ideal housemate for us.
