Work full time, wake and leave early home between 4-6pm

Father won't be living with me but may visit depending on housemates and my own comfortability.
smoke occasionally but wont at home if unwanted.
Rarely drink but will always have 1 or 2 beers in the fridge just in case.

Currently looking for a temp or possibly semi permanent place to live for a while due to a break after 11 years and not seeing the point in renting a house just for myself...
Bonus if you have a lockable garage not for my car just equipment I dont use every day and charging batteries once or twice a week.
