I’m a 34-year-old single mum living in the Bunbury area. I work full-time, am reliable, tidy, and value a stable, respectful home environment. I’m in a co-parenting arrangement and currently have two of my children with me most nights, with all four home every second weekend. I’m looking for a long-term, comfortable housing setup that suits both family life and someone else’s work schedule.

Living with me looks like a genuine, lived-in family home. Weekdays run on routine with school, work and normal household noise. Alternate weekends are a little busier with all the kids home, but the household is respectful and settled.

I’m tidy, considerate and value clean, functional shared spaces without expecting a show-home standard. This is a real family home with everyday life happening — not a party house.

There’s a good balance of independence, privacy and shared respect for different schedules.

Kids are part of the household, so someone comfortable around children (with no expectation to help or parent) is important. More than anything, I’m looking for a good fit, clear communication and a calm, respectful home environment.
