I'm looking for a place where I can work during the day which means I require an element of privacy.
I run two businesses so need somewhere to operate without the distraction of a multigenerational environment.
One business is in the health sector and the other in professional development.
As an older person, I am looking for a quiet space - partying days were decades ago.
I do have two small dogs (first one is a trained therapy dog used for palliative care, and the second is the companion to the first). These dogs utilise their own carriers and toileting equipment. This means the dogs are contained for the duration of my working office days and would not be roaming around.
Some furnishing would be a plus, as would internet access.
I will most likely not stay nights as I have my own home.
