Hi everyone,

I am relocating to Casino for work (completing my 88 days) and am looking for a clean, reliable place to call home.
Why I’m a great flatmate:

• Tidy & Respectful: I’m very diligent about keeping common areas clean. I’m specifically looking for a well-maintained, pest-free home (no cockroaches please!).
• Reliable: I’m responsible with rent and bills, always paying on time.
• Easy-going: I mostly keep to myself but I'm always happy to have a friendly chat or share a meal occasionally.

I’m looking for a private room but am completely open to a shared room arrangement as well. I'm planning to move in around March and can come for an inspection anytime after those dates.
