Hi! I’m Monica, 33, I’ve recently accepted a job offer in Borwal, NSW, hence currently looking for a room to rent in and around the area for myself. I have no dependents of any species.

I have moved to Bankstown, NSW 3 years ago whilst I completed my Master's degree. Prior moving to NSW, I lived in Málaga, Spain; Abu Dhabi; Dubai; Shanghai; Qatar, Singapore and Perth, WA. These experiences moulded my adaptable quality with understanding and curiosity of various world cultures.

I identify as being easy-going, respectful, and quiet around the house. I have experience living in a share house so I understand the etiquette of house-sharing. I've always lived independently and maintained a responsible lifestyle.

In Bowral, I will be working full-time and anticipated that I would keep a fairly busy schedule. I would be out most days during the week and would enjoy a quiet, relaxed home environment in the evenings. I mostly spend my time watching my series on Netflix to unwind and spend my weekends meal prepping for the week. I enjoy my down time but also up for a friendly chat. In this next stage of my life, I'm looking forward to a new adventure trying out new activities that the area offers.

I'm hoping to look for a comfortable, friendly and calm home with parking at around $200/week in a share house. Happy to meet and make sure it’s a great fit!
