Due to recent life changes, I am transitioning back into rental accommodation for the time being.

I work full-time as a caseworker for an out-of-home care agency. I am securely employed in a stable, well-paying position with strong future growth potential as my experience continues to build. I am financially responsible and committed to meeting all rental obligations on time.

I have a well behaved 4 yr old daughter who stays with me approximately 70% of the time. We live a quiet lifestyle. I am a non-smoker and only a very minimal social drinker. I consider myself house-proud and value a peaceful, tidy home environment.

I also have 2 well-behaved indoor cats, aged six and seven. One is an independent Ragdoll, and the other is a gentle black-and-white boy. They are mature, calm pets and part of our family. I am a responsible pet owner and ensure they are well cared for and that the home remains clean and maintained.
