I'm an easy going guy currently seeking peaceful accommodation in a self contained unit/granny flat (no sharehouses).
I pride myself on cleanliness and self improvement and always keep my space neat and tidy.
I am respectful of others and appreciate peace and quiet and as such I don't have parties, I don't drink, smoke or have any pets either.
