Max and Mia

Hi! We’re Max and Mia, both 18 and currently on our gap year. We’ve been working together in hospitality around Adelaide for the past couple of years, and we are moving to Jindabyne for our first snow season. We’re really excited to spend the winter working, riding the slopes, and making the most of everything the area has to offer.

A bit about us, we’re both tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. Having worked in hospitality for a while, we’re used to busy schedules and living with other people, so we’re very mindful of keeping shared spaces clean and being considerate housemates. We’re also pretty social and enjoy a good chat or a drink at the pub after work, but we’re equally happy doing our own thing.

Outside of work, we’re big on the outdoors. We’re looking forward to snowboarding as much as possible this season, and we also enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and staying active. We’re both reliable with rent and responsibilities and take pride in being good, drama-free housemates.

Just to clarify, we’re not dating, just good work friends travelling and doing the season together. Because of that, we are looking for a place with two bedrooms.

Overall, we’re hoping to find a friendly place with like-minded people who enjoy the snow season but also appreciate a clean, relaxed home environment. We’re easygoing, respectful, and excited for a great winter in Jindabyne.
