Hi Everyone,

I’ll be relocating to Townsville in May and am seeking short-term accommodation (around 3 months) while I complete a vocational training placement at the Townsville University Hospital.

Dates: 25 May 2026 – 22 August 2026
Preferred Property: 2-3 bedroom unit, granny flat, studio, or 2-3 rooms in a share house
Budget: Up to $700 per week
Preferred Suburbs: Douglas, Annandale, Cranbrook, Aitkenvale (or close to the Hospital)
Household: Myself, daughter, sister and brother-in-law
As this is an unpaid hospital program, I’m hoping to find something comfortable and affordable during my
placement. If you or someone you know has a property available during this time, I’d be very grateful for any leads or recommendations.
