My stay plan says 6 months but It is flexible depending on the circumstances to longer if need be or wanted.

Looking for a place accepting of someone on the DP (Disability Pension), I will also be acquiring rental assistance so I can most definitely afford the rent/shared bills at a max of 250/pr week :)
I am incredibly cleanly, organized and communicate well. I am also on the NDIS scheme and have my own supports that can help with housework whether it be inside cleaning or yard maintenance.
I do not have my own car but I use a mix of public transport and transport aid from my NDIS plan so you do not need to worry about me asking for lifts.

I respect privacy and am rather introverted at first but do not mind hanging out and chatting if the other housemate(s) are up to it. I'm also into 'nerdy' things like Tabletop games, online gaming, art and a variety of other things. I like baking for other people and adore animals and I am planning on taking a course at Taronga Zoo next year.
