About Me
I’m Felipe, a 31year old from Chile. I’ve been living in the Gold Coast for over 3 years now and I’m currently finishing my carpentry course.
I work a steady schedule as a carpenter during the day and occasionally take some night shifts at Woolworths, so I’m financially responsible and keep a consistent routine.
I consider myself a social person who enjoys a good chat , but when I’m at home, I’m very quiet and respectful of others' space. Having managed two house rentals in the past, I fully understand the importance of taking care of a property and keeping common areas spotless.
I’ve been renting rooms for the last 6 months and I’m currently looking to stay around the Hope Island area to remain close to my current network and work.
