Hello, my name is Alex. I’m currently at the Adelaide University. I’m a full-time student and also work part-time as a gym instructor, so my schedule is generally structured around study, training, and work.

I'm looking for a place located in the city, in the east or northeast suburbs. I’m a quiet, tidy, and responsible tenant. I don’t smoke, and I rarely host parties because most of my time is spent studying or working. I’m financially stable and always pay rent on time.

I also have a small 1.5 years old tabby cat named King. He is well behaved and mainly stays indoors. I take full responsibility for keeping the space clean and ensuring he does not cause damage or disturb others.

I’m looking for a comfortable and respectful living environment where everyone values cleanliness, quiet study time, and mutual respect.
