Hi, my name is Adil. I’m a full-time professional relocating to Ballarat for work and currently looking for a comfortable room in a shared house while I settle in. My work is in the data and technology field, and I generally keep a structured routine during the week with regular working hours.

I’m a respectful, tidy, and easygoing person who values a peaceful and friendly home environment. I’m very considerate of shared spaces and always make sure to keep things clean and organized. I enjoy cooking and often like preparing meals on weekends, and I’m always happy to share food with housemates if they’re interested. Outside of work I mostly enjoy quiet time, reading, working on my laptop, or occasionally exploring the local area.

Initially I’m looking for a room for around 4–6 months while I get settled in Ballarat and arrange a larger place for my family to join me later. During this period I’d really like to find a comfortable, respectful household where everyone values a relaxed and positive living environment. Ideally, I’m looking for a room with its own bathroom, but I’m flexible if the overall setup and housemates are a good fit.

I will also be getting a car shortly after arriving, so access to parking outside the house would be very helpful. I’m a non-smoker, responsible with rent and bills, and generally someone who is easy to live with and respectful of other people’s privacy and schedules.
