My friend who lives with me is moving to another area in July, so I have to leave the house I live in now from July.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I value a peaceful and comfortable living environment. I’m a non-smoker and don’t have any pets.

I always clean up after myself, keep shared spaces tidy, and am mindful of others’ schedules and privacy. I’m friendly and enjoy a chat, but I also respect personal space.
