I am a junior doctor working in the local hospital full-time on a long-term contract.
I am looking for a room in a quiet non-smoking household, preferably with own bathroom. A smaller unit or house might work aswell.

Non-smoker.
Respectful and clean, can help with some gardening.
I do not have any pets.
References available.
Would consider shorter term options.
I like active healthy lifestyle, reading, travel and outdoors.
