Hello I’m Ben, I work full time in the wine industry in Clarendon so keep structured hours and am often out during the day. I’m clean, respectful and pretty cruisy to live with.

I love cooking and getting outdoors and usually up for a yarn and a glass of wine. Happy to keep things social or do my own thing, pretty flexible.

I’ve got a bunch of nice furniture, plants and appliances I can contribute to the place but also happy to pop it in storage if need be.
